Processing Time

All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. We will communicate estimated timelines via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location and courier availability.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Free Collection Points

We offer free local pickup from selected collection points. Please select the “Free Collection Point” option at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays due to couriers or external factors are beyond our control.

Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit. Should any item arrive damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
