1. Products and Custom Orders

• We sell handcrafted, custom-made items such as engraved wood, acrylic pieces, and personalised gifts.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur between items. Please refer to our Custom Orders Policy for more details.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct spelling, design notes, and any personalisation information at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Rands .
• Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing errors.

3. Processing & Shipping

• Standard production time is 5–10 business days for custom orders.
• We offer nationwide delivery and free collection points at:
• Checkers Sundown, 7441 Blouberg
• Engen Garage, Sunningdale, 7441 Cape Town

4. Refunds and Returns

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. Refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, text, and branding on our website are the property of info@owndesign.co.za.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.
