1. How to Place a Custom Order
Select the product you’d like customised from our store.
Use the provided text box to enter:
- Names, dates, messages, or other wording
- Font preferences (if applicable)
- Design notes or reference ideas (optional)
Double-check spelling and accuracy before placing the order.
Complete checkout and ensure your contact details are correct so we can reach you if clarification is needed.
2. Proofs & Design Approval
For complex or high-value custom orders, we may send you a digital proof for approval.
Please review proofs carefully — once approved, production will begin and no changes can be made.
Proof approval is required within 12 hours to avoid delays.
3. Processing Time
Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days to create.
Large or intricate orders may require more time. You’ll be notified of any changes to estimated production timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before we begin production.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) for custom items.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalised nature of custom products, no refunds or returns are allowed unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.
7. Design Rights
We reserve the right to share photos of custom work on our social media or website.
All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Own Design and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
