We’ll confirm your details, check your area for in-home service availability, and arrange a suitable date and time.
Once confirmed, your appointment is secured and we prepare everything needed for your casting.

When we arrive, we set up a small workspace and guide you through the process.
We help you choose the best pose and positioning to capture a natural, meaningful result.
A skin-safe moulding material is used to capture every fine detail of the hands or feet.

The moulding stage only takes a few minutes and is safe for babies, children, and adults.

After the mould is created, we fill it with high-quality casting stone to form your sculpture.
This material captures fine lines and textures and creates a strong, lasting keepsake.
Each cast is carefully handled to preserve detail and shape.

Once set, the mould is opened and your cast is revealed.
This is often the most exciting moment — especially with baby casts — because the fine details become visible for the first time.
Each piece is unique and naturally detailed.

Your cast is then taken to our studio for professional finishing.
We carefully:

• Clean and refine the cast
• Repair small imperfections
• Sand and detail the surface
• Paint or finish in your selected colour/style
• Frame or mount if included in your package

This stage is where your keepsake gets its final polished look.

When your piece is complete, we notify you that it’s ready.
You can collect it or arrange delivery.
